We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express We accept personal & bank checks drawn from USA banks, and USA bank/postal service money orders in US dollars, but cannot ship goods until such funds clear. Make sure when mailing such payments that you include the order submission number and a printout of your shopping cart and checkout forms. Our order checkout form is on a secure server, to protect your credit information.
We allow shipping to destinations outside the USA, or to alternate addresses, subject to certain conditions depending on the destination. To process credit card payment on some alternate address delivery and all overseas delivery online orders, we require copies sent to us of the front and back of the cardholders drivers license, passport or photo ID. It is recommended that you fax this info (949) 589-8872, including your order number for reference. You may also scan this information and email it, but email lacks the level of security provided through the fax. We need this to protect both the card holders and ourselves from credit card and identity fraud, which is rampant overseas. Scans should be in jpg, or gif format ONLY, filenames identified. We will not download emails with any other type of attachment.
All credit card orders are subject to verification. Please make sure you supply any requested information, and provide us with easy means of getting back to you if need be, so that your order can be processed without unnecessary delays.
All deliveries require signature. We are neither responsible for the failure of the carrier to demand this, nor can we request that they do not. Customers are responsible for facilitating proper delivery by carrier. Fees for Shipping & Handling are not refundable.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital products based upon the body measurements you provide (grip sizes, stance widths, bat length,) all sales are final.
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, or a replacement, subject to the following:
a) Contact gripsize.com to receive a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, to ensure proper handling of the return, and/or replacement. Products cannot be returned without an RMA number.
b) Returned merchandise must be in its original mint condition, as shipped, with all packaging, manuals, and paperwork intact, and unaltered.
c) Only the purchase price of the product is refundable. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with Free Shipping, this means that we are paying the freight on behalf of the Customer. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund.
d) All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. If the item has been opened, and is no longer in its original mint condition, restocking fees will be higher. So please restrict your Returns to items in their original condition. For specific restocking fees applicable to your Return, please contact us at support@gripsize.com.
e) Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packing of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label. A copy of your invoice and Order # should be included, and your Return should be insured, with shipping costs pre-paid.
f) If the Return is due to our error, please return the product via UPS Standard Shipping, and we will reimburse you the Standard Shipping expenses incurred, or we will provide you with a pre-paid Shipping Label, at your preference.
g) For International Orders:
All postage for exchanged items will be the recipient's responsibility.
Any items shipped out of the USA will be charged to the customer's account.

On any back-ordered item, we will endeavor to ship as quickly as possible. If the customer is not willing to wait for the item to arrive, it is the customer's responsibility to advise us, and if the item has not yet been shipped, we will follow the customer's instructions.
